2011 Impact Factor
I am delighted to announce that JOB's 2011 2-year Impact Factor is 3.854 in the recent Journal Citation Reports published by Thomson Reuters. We are now ranked 3rd out of the 72 journals in Applied Psychology, 7th of 113 journals in Business, and 12th out of the 166 journals indexed under Management.
Best Papers for 2011
You can now see and access the list of papers shortlisted for award of the Best Paper published in JOB in 2011 at http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/(ISSN)1099-1379/homepage/job_best_paper_award.htm.
