    GENERAL CALL FOR PAPERS

    Since its inception in 1999, the conference has become
    a major international forum for developing critical
    management studies. The 2009 conference is hosted by
    the Industrial Relations and Organizational Behaviour
    Group at Warwick Business School and aims to bring
    together international scholars from across the
    management studies community.

    The conference is organized around a series of streams
    and workshops. Streams are:

    Workshops are: Industrial relations/CMS (Melanie
    Simms) • Revisiting CMS (Peter Stokes) • Design
    management (Ulla Johansson) • Public
    relations/marketing (Timothy Coombs).

    Submissions should be made electronically to the lead
    convenor of a specific stream or workshop in the form
    of an abstract of no more than 1000 words,
    single-spaced and in 12 point font by 1st November
    2008. Acceptance decisions will be given in December
    2008 and full papers will be due by 1st May 2009.
