    Dear OMTnetters,

A colleague and I are working on a research project on the antecedents and consequences of complementarities in organizations. There is, of course, a large and established literature on complementarities which we have reviewed quite thoroughly (I hope). However, in order to avoid any potential publication bias, we are interested in whether you are aware of any studies (both theoretical and empirical) on complementarities that have not been published, e.g., unpublished doctoral theses, papers that have never been submitted or have not made it through the review process, working papers / work in progress, etc. If you have any advice on this, we would greatly appreciate your help.

    Thanks a lot,

    Ansgar Richter
