The Department of Management within the Monash Business School comprises the largest grouping of management researchers in Australia. Our main research strengths include corporate social responsibility, ethics, human resource management, leadership, operations and supply chain, organisational behaviour, organisational studies, public management and governance, work and employment.
Our research informs our teaching and makes a significant contribution to the body of management knowledge, with beneficial impacts on individuals, organisations and society.
We are now entering a period of deep investment in our future capability and are seeking Senior Lecturers/Associate Professors within the disciplines of Ethics/Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources Management/Employment Relations, International Business/Strategy, Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Organisational Studies/General Management.
If you have the relevant qualifications and research track record, a demonstrated ability to engage and educate, high-level interpersonal skills, and if you enjoy working as part of a team, we would love to hear from you.
The positions are full-time; however, flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
