Greetings from Center for Positive Organizations.

Are you heading to Chicago for AOM? You are warmly welcome to join our Gathering of Positive Organizational Scholars on 8/12!

Each year we gather for breakfast during the Academy of Management's Annual Meeting to connect as a community, to learn about new developments in the field, and to generate energy about the possibilities created by using a Positive Organizational Scholarship lens.

This year's Meeting theme invites us to consider how organizations can improve health and well-being in society. Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) is a field of research that, for almost two decades, has studied and fostered thriving in organizations, cultivating them as sources for well-being in their social and natural environments.

At this year's POS breakfast gathering, we approach the Meeting theme by focusing on "Growth." An integral part of psychological well-being, personal and professional growth can originate from both positive experiences at work as well as from struggling through challenging times. At the gathering, we will reflect on both individual growth and the growth of our POS community.

Your RSVP is important to us; so please let us know if you can join us by clicking the link.

We look forward to seeing you there!
