Organization and Management Theory OMT

In cooperation with the Center for Advanced Research methods and Analysis (CARMA -- http://carma.wayne.edu/ ), Tel Aviv University's Graduate School of Business will once again be offering its summer methods workshop series.   Designed to allow scholars in management and related fields to master state-of-the art methods, we will be offering the following four workshops this June and July:

 ·     Advanced Regression Analysis (Moderation, Mediation, Moderated-Mediation, Mediated-Moderation, Non-normal distribution, Polynomial regression).
o   Dates: June 16-19, 2013
o   Instructor: Inbal Nahum Shani, Ph.D. -- Institute for Social Research,  University of Michigan

·     Theoretical & Methodological Foundations of Multilevel Research (Multilevel construct validation, Statistical support for aggregation, Multilevel analyses using random coefficient modeling; Cross-level interactions, Growth models).
o   Dates: June 23-25, 2013
o   Instructor: Paul Bliese, Ph.D. – Director for the Center for Military Psychiatry and Neuroscience at Walter Reed Army Institute for Research

·      Meta Analysis  (Effect Size [ES], Calculation of Weighted ES, Fixed Models, Random Models, Categorical and Continuous Moderators, Funnel Plots and Publication Bias).
o   Dates:  July 1 - 4, 2013  
o         Instructor:  Avraham N. Kluger, Ph.D., Jerusalem School of Business Administration, Hebrew University

Tuition is just $400 per workshop (with significant discounts offered to those registering for more than one workshop), but space is limited (priority will be given to those who were not able to be accommodated last summer).
All three workshops will be offered at the Recanati School of Business Administration of Tel Aviv University.
