Following on the success of the first Israel Organizational Behavior Conference (IOBC) -- held at Tel Aviv University's Leon Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration in December, 2011 -- we are pleased to announce the call for papers for the Second IOBC, to be held at Tel Aviv University on January 5th – 7th, 2014. Co-sponsored by the Organizational Behavior Division of the Academy of Management (AOM), and the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the theme of this second conference is: "Teams at the Intersection of Individuals and Organizations: Where to Next?"
The tentative program features several prominent keynote speakers including Bradley Kirkman (North Carolina State University), Steve Kozlowski (Michigan State University), and Denise Rousseau (Carnegie Mellon University). We invite our colleagues to submit proposals for symposia (comprising no more than 4 studies) and individual paper presentations addressing a wide variety of issues relating to the conference theme (for a list of sample issues, please see the attached pdf file). Although primary consideration will be given to submissions relating to the conference theme, high quality papers and symposia on more general topics in Organizational Behavior may also be submitted. Paper and Symposia proposals will be accepted until July 1, 2014 and should be uploaded in Word or PDF format to the conference website: http://www.recanati.tau.ac.il/ENG/conferences/IOBC .
