    Post-Doctoral Position in

    Strategic Management/Organizational Theory

The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University seeks applications from scholars with expertise in strategic management, organization theory, or organizational behavior for a postdoctoral position. The position is a two-year position. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in organizational behavior and theory or a related social science discipline prior to beginning the fellowship, and should have a research, rather than a clinical focus.  The position involves teaching 2 semester-long undergraduate courses per year, with the expectation that the candidate will apprentice with a senior faculty member prior to teaching the course.

The postdoctoral researcher will be provided a research budget and will be invited to join in the ongoing research of faculty, audit courses, and participate in the Organizational Behavior and Theory group's seminars and workshops.  We are especially interested in candidates whose research interests complement the current faculty's interests, as well as candidates who have prior teaching experience in Organizational Behavior or related disciplines.

To be considered for the position, please submit (1) curriculum vitae; (2) brief research and teaching statements; (3) up to three research papers; (4) up to three letters of recommendation; and (5) teaching evaluations via Interfolio (http://apply.interfolio.com/492440). If you have any questions, please contact Rosanne Christy, Post-Doctoral Search Coordinator, at obtgroup@andrew.cmu.edu or 412-268-1320.

Review will begin immediately, and applications will be considered until the position is filled.
