Junior Faculty Tenure-Track Position in
Strategic Management/Organizational Theory
Junior tenure-track Strategic Management/Organizational Theory faculty position opening at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University for appointment at the untenured level. Applicants should demonstrate achievement of, or potential for, excellence in research and in teaching MBA, doctoral, and undergraduate students. Accomplished academic training in organizational behavior and theory, strategy, sociology, psychology, information systems or related fields is required, as well as a Ph.D. at the time of appointment (Fall 2014). We aim to recruit scholars who conduct research that builds on Tepper's strengths and who bring additional expertise in strategic management. Examples of such research topics include but are not limited to: behavioral strategy, entrepreneurship, knowledge creation and transfer, micro foundations of strategy, organizational design, organizational learning, organizational networks, organizational routines and capabilities, and top management teams.
