    2-year Post-Doc position at the Institute of Management and Organization (IMO)

    USI is offering a 2-year Post-Doc position for the SNF project "Micro- and Macro Foundations of Learning from Experience" at the Institute of Management and Organization.



    Candidates must have a PhD, preferably in Economics/Management or Sociology. They are expected to be highly motivated to conduct research on human decision making processes and organizational learning. Expertise in the research field of the Behavioral Theory of the Firm is pivotal for the research project. Candidates also need to possess profound knowledge in statistical modeling (broad knowledge of using Stata is expected). Finally, candidates are also expected to be willing and able to publish in top-tier academic journals.



    Applications should contain a Curriculum Vitae with the usual documents, including the PhD certificate, a short letter stating the expertise and motivation of the candidate, and the names of two academic references that can be contacted for more information for the short-listed candidates.
