    Happy New Year!

    I am writing because we need your help.  As our number of submissions grows, we need more and more OMT members to review for the division in order to provide both high quality programming and high quality feedback to all submitters.

    Many of our members have already signed up for reviewing, but we still need about 400 reviewers to ensure timely and comprehensive feedback.

    We recognize that there are many demands on your time, but the service you provide by providing high quality, developmental reviews is essential to making OMT the place to be.
