    ORGANIZATION THEORY DIVISION

Administrative Sciences Association of Canada (ASAC)

June 8-11, 2013 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

    Dear Colleagues,

Even if you are not able to attend, we invite you to participate in the 2013 ASAC Conference in Calgary, AB as a reviewer for the Organization Theory Division.

Reviewers will examine one to three manuscripts between 15 February and 8 March. Within this relatively short time to review submissions, reviewers must be able to analyze the quality of the manuscripts they receive and send reviews back by 8 March 2013.

Would you please take a few minutes to complete the attached Reviewer Information form? I hope that you will be able to help the Organization Theory Division in this important role.

As Academic Reviewer for the Organization Theory Division, I would be honoured if you would agree to serve as a reviewer for our Division.

Thank you for your kind consideration,

The Africa Journal of Management (AJOM) is committed to publishing original, rigorous scholarly empirical and theoretical research, which demonstrates a clear understanding of the management literature (defined broadly to include all sub-disciplines under a big tent) and draws on Africa's local indigenous knowledge, wisdom and current realities. As the first scholarly journal of the Africa Academy of Management, AJOM gives voice to all those who are committed to advancing management scholarship, education and practice in, or about Africa, for the benefit of all of Africa.

We are solidifying our editorial boards and will be accepting manuscripts for peer review in October 2014.  The editorial team consists of Moses Kiggundu (Carleton University, CA), Bruce Lamont (Florida State, USA), Lena Zander (Uppsala University, SE), Christopher Porter (Indiana, USA) and Amon Chizema (Loughborough University, UK).  Our current Editorial Advisory Board includes Walter Baets (University of Cape Town), Harry Barkema (London School of Economics/Erasmus), Robin Ely (Harvard), Mike Hitt (Texas A&M), Tim Judge (Notre Dame), Stella Nkomo (University of Pretoria), Mike Peng (UT-Dallas) and Jim Walsh (Michigan).  The Editorial Review Board includes recognized scholars from over fifty universities worldwide representing a broad cross-section of management research.

    OMT – Call for reviewers

    Text:

    Dear OMT Members and Friends,

Have you never reviewed for OMT in the past?  We need you!

Have you never attended the Academy of Management meetings?  We need you!

Have you reviewed for OMT in the past?  We definitely need you again!!!

You do not need to be members of OMT yet, or even the Academy of Management, to serve as a reviewer. We welcome people worldwide at all stages of their careers. You do not even need to be planning to attend the annual conference (although we welcome you to submit research and join us in August 2019 in Boston, Massachusetts, if you can!).

Reviewing is a great opportunity for scholars to learn about the OMT review process and read some of the newest work in the field before anyone else. We expect to receive hundreds of submissions for the 2019 Academy OMT program and we need your help to review them. Please sign up now to review for OMT in 2019!

Signing up is really easy. Please go to http://review.aom.org and click the "Sign In" button. When you come to the Division and Interest Group Selection please be sure to choose OMT!!!

Our reviewer assignment will be based on the keywords you indicate as your areas of interest and expertise. The review period is from January 23 to February 14, 2019. We recognize and award the very best OMT reviewers with an award from the OMT Division!

Please note that even if you have reviewed in the past, you still need to sign up again for the 2019 Annual Meeting. OMT depends on a terrific pool of reviewers and we need you, your friends, your colleagues, and your enemies to sign up in order to ensure a great program in Boston.

Thank you in advance for willingness to contribute to the field in this important way!

    Sincerely,

    Renate Meyer
