I am writing to ask for your help to identify potential candidates for our tenure-track faculty position in the Organizational Behavior (OB) unit at Harvard Business School beginning July 1, 2016.
We are looking for candidates whose research and teaching focuses on micro- and macro- organizational behavior, leadership, or human resources management. We welcome applicants interested in individual, interpersonal, group, or organizational phenomena from diverse theoretical and disciplinary perspectives including organizational behavior, human resources, industrial relations, sociology, psychology, economics, and networks, among others. We strive to find people interested in research that is both rigorous and relevant.
The OB unit includes a diverse group of 22 scholars who study a wide array of organizational topics using a full spectrum of methods. We also benefit from partnerships with colleagues in the social sciences in other parts of our school, university, Boston-based institutions, and our global intellectual community. Harvard Business School provides a stimulating environment for research and teaching with an extraordinary range of resources and opportunities for the development of our faculty.
Interested candidates should send a CV, publications and working papers, three letters of recommendation, and any other relevant information by September 30, 2015. Candidates should electronically submit their materials to our website: http://www.hbs.edu/research/faculty-recruiting/faculty-applicants.html. We would be grateful if you could forward this announcement to any candidates you would highly recommend.
Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
