Organization and Management Theory OMT

The Management Division at Babson College is seeking to hire a tenure-track Associate or Full Professor in Organization Behavior to join our department in the fall of 2014. 

Applicants must have a record of vibrant scholarship that is relevant to both academics and managers and a well-established ability to publish for both audiences.  The ideal applicant also has demonstrated teaching excellence and has done work in the area of curriculum design and innovation.  We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in the areas of strategic leadership, teams, organizational design, and/or managing innovation and change.  Most importantly, we seek faculty who are aligned with our values of teaching and scholarly excellence, collaboration, diversity and inclusiveness, and those who embrace our mission to educate leaders who create great economic and social value everywhere.
