Dear Colleagues
As OMT PDW chair for 2014, I'm writing to encourage you to think about proposing a PDW for the 2014 AoM meeting. What might be some of the current professional development needs for faculty and doctoral students interested in different strands of organization and management theory? What stimulating sessions might we offer around relevant research topics, methods, teaching issues, practice themes, service and academic life more generally? Creative ideas and formats are very welcome! Although this is by no means restrictive, please also take inspiration from the 2014 AoM theme "The Power of Words." There are some interesting opportunities there for OMTers.
If you'd like to discuss ideas, don't be shy to contact me Ann Langley ann.langley@hec.ca
