    The Università della Svizzera italiana (USI), Lugano (Switzerland) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor within the Institute of Management, Faculty of Economics, from candidates with research interests in Management and Organization. The Institute of Management is a research oriented institute.

     

    Profile

    We are seeking an individual holding a PhD degree with research interest in management and organizations. The new professor will be expected to contribute to our undergraduate, master's and PhD programs, supervise doctoral students, to contribute to the intellectual development of the Institute, and to conduct research in relevant areas.

     

    Teaching Load

    The teaching load for Assistant  Professors is 1.5 courses annually.

     

    Residence

    Professors should reside in Ticino, the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland.
