PhD or equivalent Doctoral degree, completed by the start date of the Postdoctoral Fellowship
Strong writing skills, in both academic and practitioner contexts
Demonstrated interest in, and knowledge of topics such as organizational theory, institutional theory, heritage, culture and traditions.
Experience in qualitative research techniques such as interviews and ethnography
Experience using qualitative analysis software
Prior experience with Indigenous research is an asset
This position is located at the Queen's University campus in Kingston, Ontario. The salary will be CAD 55,000 plus benefits. The PostDoc will also receive a CAD 5,000 stipend toward conference travel and research expenses.
