Dear OMT netters,
Yes, the 2007 AoM is only about one month behind us ... and I'd like you to think of the 2008 AoM ...
I would like to offer a PDW tentatively titled "Methodological issues in Contingency Theory". I am looking for participants in such PDW. (I intend to talk about the conceptualization of bi-variate fit in CT.)
Contingency theory is one of the most well-accepted theories in OMT, yet even to this day, it lacks clarity on what "fit" means, how to conceptualize it, and how to measure it.
So ... if you would like to share your experience doing research in contingency theory, please contact me at meilich@csusm.edu
Best regards to all!
