The Department of Management at ESSEC Business School invites applications for tenure-track position in Leadership/ Ethics/ CSR/Sustainable Development at the Associate or Full Professor rank.
This position is open for ESSEC Business School's Paris campus in Cergy Pontoise.
Candidates should hold a Ph.D., have a strong research program and good teaching ability. Knowledge of French is a plus. Courses can be taught in English or in French.

The Management department at ESSEC Business School consists of 31 full time faculty with expertise in entrepreneurship, human resources, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and strategy. The department is highly involved in the excellent ESSEC PhD program. Members of the Management department have published lately in the following journals: Administrative Sciences Quarterly, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Venturing, and Personnel Psychology.
