2010 OMT JUNIOR FACULTY CONSORTIUM
August 5-6, 2010
The OMT division is pleased to present the annual OMT Junior Faculty
workshop. If you hold an assistant professor rank (or its equivalent),
this professional development workshop is for you. The workshop
provides a forum for interacting with senior colleagues to glean
insights into the knowledge that you need to prosper in both the local
and global academic environment. The workshop focuses on strategies for
impact as a scholar and teacher, as well as on building a career in
diverse professional settings. In the workshop, you will have a chance
to interact with an exciting team of workshop Fellows through panels,
discussion and informal talk, and to meet many other peers early in
their careers.
