> 2009 OMT JUNIOR FACULTY CONSORTIUM
> August 6-7, 2009
>
> The OMT division is pleased to present the annual OMT Junior Faculty
> workshop. If you hold an assistant professor rank (or its equivalent),
> this professional development workshop is for you. The workshop
> provides a forum for interacting with senior colleagues to glean
> insights into the knowledge that you need to prosper in both the local
> and global academic environment.
>
> The workshop focuses on strategies for impact as a scholar and teacher,
> as well as on building a career in diverse professional settings. In
> the workshop, you will have a chance to interact with an exciting team
> of workshop Fellows through panels, discussion and informal talk, and to
> meet many other peers early in their careers.
>
> The OMT Division focuses on building and testing theory about
> organizations, their management and members, inter-organizational
> relations and environments and organizing processes. If you are an
> Assistant Professor and your research focuses on these areas, then you
