IESE Business School invites applications for a tenure-track entry level
position (Assistant or Associate Professor) in the Strategic Management
Department. Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality
research and the potential to teach in a dynamic international
environment. A Ph.D. in Management or related field must be completed or
near completion. We are particularly interested in candidates with a
focus in strategic management and/or organization theory, and welcome
different disciplinary and methodological approaches.
Current members of the Strategic Management Department include Rafael
Andreu, Africa Ariño, Pascual Berrone, Bruno Cassiman, Marta Elvira,
Fabrizio Ferraro, Pankaj Ghemawat, Massimo Maoret, Mike Rosenberg, Joan
Enric Ricart, Josep Tapies, Marco Tortoriello, Joaquim Vila and Govert
Vroom, among others. Our research focuses on alliances and acquisitions,
business models, corporate governance, competitive strategy,
globalization, innovation, institutional theory, sustainability and
