Open Rank Faculty Position in Management and Organization
The Faculty of Economics of the Universit� della Svizzera italiana in Lugano (Switzerland) invites applications for a Full, Associate or Assistant Professor post from candidates with research interests in Management and Organization.�
Profile
We are seeking an individual holding a PhD degree with research interests in the broad area of Management and Organization. The new professor� will be part of the Institute of Management, and is expected to contribute to undergraduate, master�s and PhD programs, as well as to supervise doctoral students. We are looking for ambitious� candidates who can publish in top-tier journals.
Teaching Load
The teaching load for Full or Associate Professors is 3 courses annually; for Assistant Professors it is 1.5 course annually.
Residence
Professors should reside in Ticino, the Italian-speaking part of Switzerland. Presence at the university is at least four days a week.���
