    The Organizational Behavior area of McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management invites applications to our doctoral program. The deadline for applications is January 15 (https://www.mcgill.ca/desautels/programs/phd/admissions/deadline). Applicants are expected to hold a Master's-level degree, with a strong academic record from a recognized university.

     

    A recent large partnership grant seeking "to unearth, dismantle and prevent rape culture within universities through evidence-based research" (for more information, see: https://www.mcgill.ca/definetheline/home) can support two doctoral students on the following topics:

    -          Planned organizational culture change; and

    -          Gendered organizations and organizational practices.

    In addition, the area is seeking one doctoral student interested in one of the following topics:

    -          Mental representations of work (i.e. construal levels of work),

    -          Social consequences of construal levels.
