Organization and Management Theory OMT

Daar all,

In our department we are thinking about introducing a new textbook, as a complement or substitute to Mintzberg's classical book, for a subject aimed at the study of organization structuring and design. I would appreciate any help or suggestion that you may offer. If possible, we are also looking for a case book for the same subject.

Hola José,

I am not sure what level of class the book would be for, but I have a book that is published in Spanish:  Teoria de la Organizacion - Un enfoque estrategico by Hodge, Anthony and Gales (Prentice Hall Iberia, ISBN 84-8322-014-8). This version of the book is based on our English 5th edition. We have a 6th edition in English, but it has not been translated.
