    Multiple Faculty Positions in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship

    Assistant/Associate/Full Professor

     

    Applications are invited from qualified individuals for multiple full-time tenured or tenure-track positions in Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship beginning August 2018, or negotiable after the closing date.  All faculty levels will be considered, but candidates should expect to have completed their doctoral degree by Fall 2018. We seek candidates who have an active program of research and demonstrated teaching excellence in one of the above areas. Chosen candidates will be expected to conduct research, teach and perform service in these areas. Salary is competitive and commensurate with rank and experience.

    The Organizational Behavior area is an interdisciplinary group of faculty whose research and teaching encompasses topics such as leadership, teams, creativity, negotiation, ethics, organizational identity, innovation, and organizational design, among others (https://business.illinois.edu/ba/areas/organizational-behavior/). 

     

    The Strategy and Entrepreneurship group consists of research active faculty in the field of strategy, broadly defined, with an emphasis on the economics of organizations, technology and innovation management, and entrepreneurship (https://business.illinois.edu/ba/areas/strategy/).
