    Dear OMT colleagues,

    On behalf of Royston Greenwood, Charlene Zietsma and myself, I would like to invite you to consider submitting a proposal to our Egos track on institutional complexity. This sub-theme seeks to advance our understanding of how organizations experience and respond to the challenges of institutional complexity. We have an exciting set of panelists with Julie Battilana, Andy Hoffman, Matt Kraatz, Anne-Claire Pache, Tom Lawrence. Attached is the call for papers.
