Human Relations is one of the oldest social science journals. As we approach the 70th anniversary of the journal's foundation, Editor-in-Chief Paul Edwards has been looking back at its development and offers a series of reflections on eminent authors and articles that have appeared in the journal as well as changes in editorial policy and article scope, format and methods over time.

Featured articles will be free to access for a limited period – please feel free to let you colleagues and students know.
