    Please join us for a Panel Symposium to discuss "Exercising Judgment in Organizations" at 85th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management 2025!

    This inter-disciplinary Panel Symposium on judgment brings together five world-leading scholars from the fields of leadership, entrepreneurship, strategy, technology and innovation management and organization and management theory. They debate and reflect on the current challenges of exercising judgment in organizations from the vantage point of their respective disciplines. Here is a preview of topics 'exercised' in this Symposium:

    Mary Crossan: Character-Infused Judgment and Decision Making
    Nicolai J. Foss: Entrepreneurial Judgment and Decision-making in Firms
    Sir Andrew Likierman: Judgment in management: Insights from discussions with practitioners
    Natalia Levina: Human Judgment of, with, and against Algorithms

    The discussion would be moderated by Prof Haridimos Tsoukas from the University of Cyprus and Warwick Business School.
