The research question decides whether a study matters. Yet, most of our tools sharpen the data, not the question. I built a free tool that coaches you through yours. It pushes back; it won't write the question for you or bless a convenient framing.

It's AI-supported but not a chatbot: the coaching logic is the designed part (grounded in methodology, e.g., Davis 1971, Sandberg & Alvesson 2011); the model is just the engine. It also searches the literature live to test whether your question is already answered.
Two asks: give it a real run, bring a paper, reach the summary (it doubles as an anonymous study on whether AI coaching improves research questions), and tell me where it falls short for organization theory. Non-commercial; I intend to keep it free.
