Dear Colleagues,
Are you interested in exploring the dynamic and emergent nature of management phenomena, not as static entities, but as processes of becoming?
We warmly invite you to join our upcoming Professional Development Workshop (PDW), designed in an experiential and reflexive format, and facilitated by seasoned interdisciplinary and international scholars. This is not your typical PDW!
Together, we will explore a process-relational perspective, emphasizing performative relationality as constitutive of life itself. Through a combination of experiential activities, interactive small-group discussions, and critical reflection, participants will be invited to:
💫 Bring into awareness, interrogate and reflect on their analytical frames and philosophical assumptions underlying relational approaches;
💫 Engage with process-relational thinking as a dynamic framework that views the social and organizational world as always in becoming, to enrich & inform their research and teaching;
💫 Experience 'relational unfolding' and openness with other participants; forming community, collaborative peer network
💫 Attune to and cultivate patience, interruption and flânerie that allow to 'plug in' to being with and enjoying ongoing unfolding of life.
If you're seeking a space that goes beyond knowledge transmission-toward embodied inquiry, deep reflection, and scholarly dialogue-this PDW is for you.
