    I am excited to announce our upcoming panel symposium at the Academy of Management Conference 2025 in Copenhagen.


    "Do we need novel organization design to address societal grand challenges?"

    This panel symposium brings together     Phanish Puranam (INSEAD), Aline Gatignon (HEC Paris), Anna Szerb (NYU STERN), Ranjay Gulati (Harvard Business School), Oliver Baumann (University of Southern Denmark), and John-Erik Bergkvist (Stockholm School of Economics) for an interactive discussion on a pivotal question: Is novel organization design truly necessary to tackle societal grand challenges?  The panel symposium is sponsored by AOM STR & SIM.
