As paradox scholarship becomes increasingly interdisciplinary, there is a need to explore new opportunities for cross-domain collaboration without compromising theoretical depth and rigor. Following two successful methods PDWs during the previous AOM Annual Meetings, we propose to look inwards and outwards by having an interdisciplinary conversation on paradox research. In doing so, we aim to engage in a dialogue around both the challenges and potential of bridging paradox perspectives with mainstream management and psychology scholarship. In the first part, our invited scholars, skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methods and from both inside and outside the community, will share interdisciplinary insights on studying paradox. During the second part, participants will have the chance pose questions in an open Q&A session.
