This Professional Development Workshop brings together a group of established scholars with experience in both Organization and Management Theory (OMT) and Science and Technology Studies (STS). The goal is to explore the rich intersections between these two traditions-identifying areas for productive cross-pollination as well as discussing key points of tension. The PDW aims to synthesize emerging empirical and conceptual approaches, foster community around these conversations, and open space for new interactions across theoretical boundaries.

The session is organized in two parts. In Part 1, each panelist will share their perspective on the OT–STS intersection, followed by audience questions and interactive discussion. In Part 2, we will move to theme-based roundtable discussions, each led by one of the panelists to deepen dialogue and engage participants directly.

We warmly welcome you to join us in fostering connections and advancing the conversation-see you there!
