Dear All,
We'd be delighted to have you join our professional development workshop (PDW) on Globalizing Paradox Theory and Research: Exploring New Approaches, New Theories, and New Contexts.
This PDW aims to bring together scholars from diverse cultural, traditional, and philosophical backgrounds to explore novel approaches, theories, and contexts for paradox theory in organization and management studies. We will specifically focus on non-WEIRD perspectives (WEIRD = Western, European, Industrialized, Rich, and Democratic) and ancient philosophical traditions. The workshop will feature highly interactive small-group discussions moderated by experts, followed by an open panel discussion. The PDW will consist of a short introduction to the round tables, two roundtable sessions and concludes with a panel discussion. The following esteemed scholars will be sharing their valuable insights:
🔹 Marianne Lewis
🔹 Josh Keller
🔹 Medhanie Gaim
🔹 Garima Sharma
🔹 Xin Li
🔹 Nkosana Mafico
