Worker-Owned Firms: Studying Businesses that Really Do Put Workers Front and Center (PDW) (16164)
Saturday, Aug 5, 9:30AM-11:30AM at Westin Copley Place Boston in Courier, in person.
This PDW will examine companies that really do put workers front and center--by making them owners.
Through video, Q&A with a CEO, dialogue, and sharing of new research findings, we will examine "employee ownership" as a human resource strategy and a tool of organizational change that can benefit workers and companies alike. New research findings and resources on the topic will be shared.
Join us! No registration is required, but we invite anyone interested in participating to complete this short survey so that we can tailor the workshop to those who come.
