Dear OMT colleagues,
The window submission for the Special Issue on "Beyond Rationality in Organizations' Choices" for the International Journal of Organizational Analysis is open till December 4th, 2022.
To strengthen paper ideas, a virtual Submission Development Workshop (vSDW) prior to the submission deadline of the Special Issue has been organized. This online workshop is on November 3rd, 2022. Authors will have an opportunity to receive feedback from the guest editors, the Editor in Chief of the journal (Prof. Peter Stokes), as well as other scholars in attendance. Participating is strictly optional despite being warmly encouraged.
The atmosphere of the workshop will be very friendly and constructive. It would be a moment to discuss decision-making in organizations and which nonrational forces may shape it.
