We are excited to share news of a one-day paper development workshop (PDW) focusing on paradox research, taking place at the School of Management, Bath, on 18 March 2025. You can learn more and submit to this free event here: Paradox Research, Education and Practice. Abstracts are due by 14 December 2024.
This in-person workshop in Bath, UK, is free and will provide feedback to scholars on their paradox research. It is linked to the 3rd Paradox Research, Education and Practice (PREP) Conference, online, 10-12 March 2025.
Abstracts submitted to PREP can also be submitted to the in-person workshop, but you will need to register/submit to both events separately. You will be notified of inclusion in the PDW by 17 January.
Highlights of the PDW include a keynote from Professor Russ Vince, insights from a panel of expert paradox scholars (including Camille Pradies, Miguel Pina e Cunha and Marc Krautzberger), and a panel of journal editors from the School of Management at Bath who will help guide us in getting paradox research published (featuring journals such as Academy of Management Learning and Education, Human Relations, Management Learning, Organization Studies, International Journal of Operations Management, British Journal of Management, and more). Accepted participants will also receive feedback on their submitted work from expert mentors.
We look forward to seeing you there!
