Following a successful inaugural workshop at AOM 2025, we are excited to invite you to the second annual Paper Development Workshop (PDW), "Behavioral Perspectives into the Economics of Strategy," at the 2026 Academy of Management Annual Meeting in Philadelphia.
This PDW brings together leading scholars whose work has shaped contemporary research on behavioral strategy, organizational decision making, and the microfoundations of strategic management. The workshop aims to foster dialogue across disciplinary boundaries and help scholars develop research that integrates behavioral perspectives into the study of strategic phenomena.

The first portion of the PDW is open to all AOM attendees and will feature a panel discussion on emerging opportunities and challenges in behavioral strategy research.
The second portion consists of developmental roundtable discussions where selected participants will receive feedback on their research from the panelists and mentors. Participation in the roundtable session requires pre-registration.
