Call for Nominations: OMT Officers
Dear OMTers,
I hope this message finds you well. As a key part of our ongoing commitment to excellence in what our Organization and Management Theory (OMT) Division does, I'm reaching out to remind you of an important aspect of our division's annual activities: At this crucial time of the year, we are actively seeking nominations for several vital roles within the OMT division, including:
- Program Chair-elect (1 position, five-year cycle)
- Representative-at-Large (3 positions, three-year term)
Role descriptions can be found on the OMT website. If you know a colleague with great leadership skills and collegial spirit, please click the text below and log-in now to share your recommendations. And if you are interested in serving in any of these roles, self-nominations are also encouraged!

To nominate candidates, please visit the AOM DIG Nominations portal and follow the onscreen instructions to log-in to your Academy profile. Once you log-in, you may select 'Nominate Now' for Organization and Management Theory. You can also send your nominations directly to me.
The deadline for all nominations is Wednesday, 31 January 2024. So please make your nominations now.
