    Are you a mid-career scholar in the AOM Organization & Management Theory Division (OMT) looking to grow your impact and advance your career?

     
    Join us at Academy of Management 2025 in the PDW: Navigating the Mid-Career Stage: Pathways to Advancement and Impact in the OMT Field. Scheduled on Saturday morning, July 26, 2025

    Please register to attend the PDW by June 19, 2025.

    Given that space is limited, we will review all applications and notify attendees of their approved registration by June 26, 2025. Participants will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis from among OMT members who qualify (i.e., are post-tenure). You may also be placed on a waitlist in case space becomes available at a later point in time.
