    Dear OMT Colleagues,

    I hope this message finds you well.

    On behalf of the organizing committee, I am pleased to share the Call for Short Papers for the International Research Session at AAOS 2026 - the 64th Annual Meeting of the Academic Association for Organizational Science. The conference will be held at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan, on October 24–25, 2026.

    This dedicated international session will be conducted entirely in English. It aims to provide an open, collaborative forum for scholarly dialogue among researchers working on organization, management, and business administration. We warmly welcome submissions from management scholars and PhD students globally, with a special invitation to those based in East Asia, South-East Asia, and Oceania.

    The session is envisioned not only as a venue for presenting high-quality research, but also as a vital space for developing an international network of academic exchange. We highly encourage submissions of both empirical studies of organizational activities and theoretical developments of organizational and managerial phenomena.
