We are excited to announce the second edition of the India Management Research Conference (IMRC 2025), to be hosted at IIM Ahmedabad from December 05-07, 2025. The conference aims to foster meaningful dialogue on the discourse on how organizations, and the people within them, can thrive in an AI-enabled future. Under the thematic rubric of "The Future of the Economy: People, Organizations, and Policy," IMRC 2025, aims to serve as a platform for leading scholars and practitioners to deeply engage with pressing questions pertaining to sustainable AI adoption. Through its 12 thematic tracks, the conference will bring together thought leaders across disciplines and industries. The three-day event will feature speaker sessions, panel discussions, editorial sessions, workshops and tutorials, and a networking forum for PhD students and early-career researchers.
