    Dear cOMmuniTy members,
    Wish you all a very happy and fulfilling new year! 
    We are happy to head into the new year with the 8th Round of OMT Meetups!
    The OMT Meetups are organized for junior members, particularly PhD students and postdocs, of the OMT division of the Academy of Management to facilitate conversations with senior scholars of the domain. Over the last 7 rounds we have facilitated close to 1600 Meetups! And we are now inviting junior members to sign up for another round of connection and conversation.
    Deadline: 20th of January, 2026.
    In this form, you can note up to 6 preferences for meeting senior scholars online. We will do our best to match you to the scholar(s) of your choice and arrange meetings.
