    We unite two prominent scholars - Jane Dutton and Kathleen Eisenhardt – who have pushed our understanding of organizational development and change through their scholarly contributions. They will begin the session exchanging the meaning of rigor and relevance and what is the balance between them in pursuing sustained impact. Participants will engage in a session that is expected to be both practical and highly impactful.
