โข Actively engaged in SIM and/or ONE-related research

2. Brief motivation letter (indicate your primary AOM division and 3-5 keywords that represent your research interests)
3. A working manuscript (<35 pages) that you are preparing for publication. It should be a sole-authored or co-authored paper you lead, and it cannot be already accepted or published.
