    Dear OMT Colleagues,

    This year, the Fifteenth International Conference on Emotions and Worklife "Emotions and Sustainable Horizons" - EMONET XV - will be held at IGR-IAE and CREM, Rennes, France, July 6-8, 2026.


    We are pleased to inform you that registration for EMONET XV is now open. The
    online registration and payment module is available via the conference website, and registration will remain open until 15 June 2026 (early bird ends on 15 May 2026).

    You can now access detailed information regarding
    registration fees, payment methods, and the cancellation & refund policy. The GDPR information notice is also available on the website. Note: information about the login button and the sciencesconf account is available on the homepage (please scroll down).

    The
    conference programme, including the social events, is already online and will be progressively updated in the coming weeks. In parallel, the reviewing process is currently underway, and we look forward to sharing further updates with you soon.

    To help you plan your stay, we invite you to consult the practical information pages available on the conference website:

    . General practical information
    . Where to eat - Lunch will be provided on-site for all participants during the three days of the conference (Monday to Wednesday). The Gala Dinner will take place on Day 2 (Tuesday 07 July), while the other evenings are left free for you to explore the city at your own pace
    . Accommodation options - Please note that participants are responsible for their own arrangements. Rennes will host the festival Les Tombées de la Nuit (02-07 July), so availability may be limited; early booking is strongly recommended
    . Travelling to the event - Please note that participants are responsible for organising their own travel.
    . Getting around Rennes and accessing the venue
    . Discover the region: Visit Rennes and Explore the surroundings (including the Mont-Saint-Michel and the Brittany Region)

    Please note that participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel arrangements. Rennes will host the festival Les Tombées de la Nuit (02-07 July), so availability may be limited; early booking is strongly recommended
