    EOS Crowdsourcing Initiative

    Excellence in Organizational Experimentation

Despite the recent surge of interest, the field of organizational experimentation contains no canon of dos and donts. And the methodological frontier keeps on shifting. To collectively get on top of this, we turn to our community. We ask you to join a small EOS team detailing the state of science in a topic area of your indicated preference. Topics include reproducibility, ML, pools, stimuli, software, bots and more.

Join us on Zoom at 1pm UTC on Tue 25 April 2023, where we set out the crowdsourcing initiative. The event will kick off a collective effort that will cumulate in a first presentation by some of your team at the EOS Summer Meeting in Frankfurt, Germany, 15-17 June 2023. After incorporating the input from the meeting, we will post a series of insights on the experimentalorganization.science website repository.

The collective standards that end up online will have begun with you. Scholars from the wider community can then draw on the resources you helped create. We will provide suggestions for how to cite these resources. And while we cannot offer guarantees, EOS will endeavor to find an outlet for publishing a curation of the collective works as a commentary on the state of experimental organization science. Kilo-authorship goes management.
