Artificial intelligence, digital transformation, geopolitical uncertainty, and shifting societal expectations are reshaping organizations at an unprecedented pace. These developments raise important questions for our field: How can organizational change scholarship continue to generate rigorous knowledge while remaining responsive to the challenges organizations face? And how can stronger engagement between scholars and practitioners enrich both research and practice?

Over the past three years, this initiative has evolved from a single workshop into an ongoing community dedicated to strengthening dialogue between research and practice.
