    Dear colleagues,

Join us for the first webinar from the Organization Development and Change (ODC) division's webinar series 'Scholarly Foundations of the ODC Field' on May 14, from 11.30 - 12.45 EDT with Lindsey Godwin, Jody Hoffer-Gittell, and Steven Caddy. During this webinar, the three panelists will explore the knowledge foundations for research and ODC practices that relate to creating vibrant, healthy, and flourishing teams, organizations, and communities.

During this first 75-minute webinar, we will tap the tacit knowledge of three scholars/thought-leaders to generate perspectives on current and future developments for the field of ODC. In the spirit of collaboration, we will expand the scholarly foundations of ODC as a field for scholars, practitioners, teachers, students, and leaders.

The panelists will particularly focus on the micro and macro foundations of ODC and the development in contemporary ODC practices through the perspectives of dialogic OD and appreciative inquiry, relational coordination, and change management practices. They will then engage in a panel discussion with room for questions from the webinar participants.
